SEMINAR FEE $1995 –  Each day there will be continental breakfast, lunch, coffee, drinks and snacks.  In addition, there will be cocktails at the end of the first day.  Cancellations with full refund are accepted up to 3 weeks prior to the seminar date, or a colleague may attend in your place or you or a colleague may attend any future seminar. FAI is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of a seminar other than the refund of your registration fee.


FOR SEMINARS IN OCTOBER OF 2021 WE REQUIRE EVERYONE TO BE VACCINATED.  Please email a photo of your Covid-19 Vaccine card to at the time you register. After 2021, it will be determined by the currrent situation of the pandemic.
